The buyer is obliged to check the packaging, and in case of obvious damage that could have led to damage to the contents of the packages (perforated, cut, missing packaging, etc.), during transport, or signs that the package was opened after sealing, the buyer undertakes to check the integrity of the products together with the representative of the company making the delivery. It is recommended to take pictures if possible. If the contents of the package are damaged in whole or in part, the Buyer must obtain written confirmation from the representative of the transport service that the goods have been damaged as a result of transport, by drawing up a report signed by the Buyer and the representative of the transport company. delivery. Verbal acknowledgment by the representative of the transport company cannot be used when submitting the claim. A damage report must be completed, with both parties – the Buyer and the representative of the transport company – keeping a copy. At the same time, the Buyer will not receive the goods, so the representative of the transport company will take the damaged package and bring it back to the Seller.
If the Buyer receives the goods delivered in obviously damaged packaging, the seller declines responsibility for resolving subsequent complaints. This will not affect in any way the legal right of the Buyer to subsequently notify the Seller in case he finds a defect or any other non-conformity of the Products. Nothing in this Return Policy or the Terms and Conditions is without prejudice to your rights under the law as a consumer.

For orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within 3-30 days from accepting the return.
